What is your shipping policy?

We ship internationally using Royal Mail International Courier Tracked Delivery; Signed for door to door service. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a Tracking Number for your parcel.

To the UK we aim to deliver within 5 working days with Tracked 1st Class delivery. In Europe we aim to deliver within 10 working days with Tracked 1st Class delivery. For everywhere else; we aim for 10 working days but this may vary from country to country.

What is your returns policy?

Since each Pashmina is a handmade, one of a kind product; there are no returns or exchanges on our Pashminas once they have been shipped.

We have a 24 hour “second thoughts” policy - in the event that something changes your mind and you would like to cancel, this can be done in the 24 hours from the time you make your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in shipping, please immediately document the damages and contact us right away on sales@abltd.online

How do I place a custom order?

Please email us on sales@abltd.online and in the Subject line of your email use “Custom order request.”

Please note that a plain Pashmina takes 3 -4 month to weave. Embroidery is also all hand-made and making times will vary based on your request.

Custom orders will be accepted based on weaver & embroidery artisan capacity.
